"The Search for Earhart’s Lockheed L-10E Electra"
Tom Vinson - NYØV - is the Collins ARC team leader in the Rockwell-Collins sponsored portion of the search for Amelia Earhart's plane, conducting an analysis on her last HF radio transmissions. He is now retired from R-C after 33 years in electrical / industrial engineering & program management. Tom's "go-to guy" is Rod Blocksome - KØDAS, a 41-year Collins electrical engineer; he is the chief systems engineer on the search team.
Tom's 42 years & Rod's 49 years in amateur radio, combined with their engineering backgrounds, give them a unique perspective to make this search successful where others have failed -- AND THEIR STORY IS FASCINATING!

Joe Eisenberg - KØNEB - presents his popular "Dayton Slide Show" after the Friday night banquet
